1. How long do I have to wait for the package?

The longest possible time of executing the order is 14 days from the moment of booking the payment for the confirmed order. There is a possibility of extending this period in case of big order or big amount of production orders. Usually, execute shipping within 8 working days from the date of booking the payment on our bank account.

2. Can I cancel the order?

In order to avoid the additional mistakes, in our shop is applied the two-stage order submission system and its cancellation is not possible.

3. How do I submit an order?

Select the products that interest you and add them to your cart. After you are done adding products, go to the next page by pressing the “CHECKOUT” button. If you have already registered in our waste container parts shop, the system will ask you to log in. If you do not have the User account in kontenerowe.pl, press the “I want to register” button. After logging in, you will be able to confirm the delivery address and select whether you want to receive the VAT invoice. If you do not mark the “VAT invoice” option, you will receive a purchase receipt. The next step is to confirm the correctness of your order. On the “Summary” page, the system will show the value of the order, the product prices increased by the VAT tax, and the theoretical delivery costs. Pressing the “Confirm purchase” button will generate the Order. You will receive the confirmation about its acceptance on the e-mail address using during the registration. Due to the big variety of versions of container parts and the possibility of occurrence of custom shipping costs, the shop staff confirms the orders every time. Only the confirmed order is the basis of the agreement concluded between you and the kontenerowe.pl shop. Only the confirmed order is the basis for making the payment. The execution process will commence after the payment is received.

4. Does the shop send the orders beyond Polish borders?

The Apronox Company, which is the kontenerowe.pl shop’s operator, is a manufacturer of parts to waste and transport containers and sells its products to the recipients abroad. However, the execution of such orders is performed without using the kontenerowe.pl shop system. In order to submit such an individual order, we ask you to contact us directly on our e-mail address. On this basis we will be able to offer the prices appropriate to the size of the order and we will present the actual delivery costs.
