General information

1. The operator of the kontenerowe.pl shop (hereinafter the Portal) is the Apronox Company with office at ul. Jagiełły, 76-248 Dębnica Kaszubska, Poland and NIP no. 958-00-55-36.

2. The Portal executes the function of acquiring the information about users and their behaviour in the following way:

a) Through the information voluntarily implemented in the forms.

b) Through the “cookies” saved in the end devices.

c) Through collecting the www server logs by the hosting operator.

Forms

1. The Portal collect the information voluntarily implemented by the user.

2. In addition, the Portal can save the information about the connection parameters (time label and IP address)

3. The data in the form are not shared with third parties without the user’s consent.

4. The data provided in the form are processed for the purpose resulting from the function of a specific form, e.g. in order to perform the commercial contact handling process.

Cookies

1. The Portal uses “cookies”.

2. The “cookies” constitute as IT data, especially text files that are stored in the end device of the Portal user and are intended to use the Portal’s websites. “Cookies” usually contain the name of the website from which they originate, time of storing them on the end device, and the unique number.

3. The Subject placing the “cookies” on the end device of the Portal user and gaining access to them is the Portal operator.

4. “Cookies” are used for the following goals:

a) create statistics that help understand in what way the Portal users use the websites, which in turn allows to improve their structure and contents;

b) determine the profile of the user in order to show him matched materials in the advertising networks, in particular in the Google network.

5. In the Portal are used two key types of “cookies”: session cookies and persistent cookies:

a) “Session cookies” are temporary files that are stored on the end device of the User until the User logs out, leaves the website, or shuts down the software (web browser).

b) “Persistent cookies” are stored in the end device of the User for a time period determined in the parameters of the cookies or until the User deletes them.

6. The software used to browse the websites (web browser) usually allows storing “cookies” in the User’s end device by default. The Portal users can change the settings in this scope. The web browser allows to delete the “cookies”. It is also possible to automatically block the “cookies”. Detailed information on this subject is included in the documentation of the web browser.

7. The restrictions of using the “cookies” may influence some functionalities available on the Portal’s websites.

8. The “cookies” placed in the end device of the Portal user can also be used by the partners and advertisers co-operating with the Portal’s operator.

10. The “cookies” can be used by the advertising networks, in particular by the Google network, to show the ads matched to the method, in which the user uses the Portal. For this purpose they can save the information about the navigation path of the user or the time of staying at a given page.

11. In the scope of information about the user preferences collected by the Google advertising network the user can browse and edit the information resulting from the “cookies” using the following tool: https://www.google.com/settings/u/0/ads/authenticated?hl=pl

Server logs

1. The information about some behaviours of users are logged in the server layer. Such data are used only for the purpose of managing the Portal and to provide the most efficient operation.

2. The browsed resources are identified through the URL addresses. In addition, the following data can be saved:

a) date of request,

b) date of response,

c) name of the Customer’s station – identification is executed through the HTTP protocol,

d) information on errors that occurred during the execution of the HTTP transaction,

e) URL address of the website previously visited by the user (referrer link) – in case when the Portal has been entered through a reference link,

f) information about the User’s browser,

g) information about the IP address.

3. The above data are not associated with specific people browsing the websites.

4. The above data are used only for the purpose of managing the Portal.

Data sharing

1. The data are shared to the external entities only in the legally permitted limits.

2. The data allows to identify the physical person only when this person agrees to it.

3. The Operator may have the obligation to share the information collected by the Portal with authorised bodies on the basis of requests pursuant with the Law in the scope resulting from the request.

Managing the cookies

1. If the User does not want to receive the “cookies”, he/she can change the web browser settings. We stipulate that shutting down the cookies services necessary for the certifying, safety, and User preferences saving processes can hinder and, in extreme cases, prevent the User from accessing the websites.
